Description
This course is to understand how a Risk Management System works in accordance with ISO 31000:2009. This is used to implement a risk management approach based on all of the risks that relate to the activities of the organisation. The implementation and management stages are covered with the aid of practical examples and workshops.

The course provides the necessary fundamentals for building a Risk Management System. Real-world situations experienced by the participants will be viewed in the light of the requirements of the standard.

ISO 31000:2009 provides the professional framework for organisations which want to implement or upgrade their integrated risk management system.
